Infographic Presentation Guidelines
PREPARING YOUR INFOGRAPHIC SUBMISSION
The infographic should be as informative as possible and include the following details:
- The infographic must meet the following specifications:
- Infographic title – Limited to 25 words
- Infographic text – Limited to 300 words
- Infographic topic – Infographic must be allocated to a specific Abstract Topic (See Topics)
- Your infographic should be original, reflecting your personal creativity, while also being visually appealing and captivating to the audience.
- Any images used should be cited (Creative commons, public domains, or personally taken/designed).
- Consider how to present this information visually, then design your infographic to be aesthetically pleasing, eye-catching, and concise in wording. Websites offering useful tools and tips include the following:
- Use only standard abbreviations. Special or unusual abbreviations are not recommended. If otherwise necessary, the latter should be placed in parenthesis after the first appearance of the full word.
- All infographics must be submitted and presented in clear English, with accurate grammar and spelling, at a quality suitable for publication.
- Please note that infographics must be submitted before the deadline in order to be sent to review for inclusion in the Scientific Programme.
- File formats and size limitations:
- Files should be less than 50MB in size.
- Images must be in digital format and meet specific technical requirements, such as being in PDF or JPEG format.
- Include your name and contact information on the image
