Introduction	Simulation-based learning represents a significant advancement in perfusion education, offering a safe and controlled environment for skill development, troubleshooting complications, and improving patient care standards. This hands-on workshop utilises the Califia Perfusion Simulator to authentically replicate perfusion emergencies during cadiopulmonary bypass (CPB) management. By immersing participants in real-world scenarios, the workshop not only hones technical proficiency but also prepares perfusionists to effectively address complex challenges, ultimately elevating the quality of care in cardiac surgery.
Objectives	1. Empower participants with the confidence and competence to manage rare incidients and emergencies during CPB. 2. Offer practical experience to enhance technical skills, crisis management, and decision-making in diverse perfusion scenarios. 3. Strengthen team collaboration within a controlled environment, thereby improving patient safety and surgical outcomes.
Flow/Structure	Scenarios would run sequentially, increasing in complexities.
Number of Participants	– Maximum of 60 participants – Perfusionists
