IntroductionAs the population ages and the burden of cardiovascular disease increases, complex aortic conditions are becoming more common, particularly those involving the aortic arch.

There are various surgical techniques for aortic arch repair, which generally require surgeons to possess extensive experience and advanced skills. Hands-on workshops can help surgeons enhance their understanding of different treatment approaches, improve surgical techniques, and exchange experiences and insights.

This workshop brings together world-renowned experts to share tips and tricks for treating aortic arch diseases using innovative devices, such as the E-Vita Neo Frozen and AMDS, through both didactic and hands-on sessions. It will also provide a platform for peer-to-peer discussions on managing the aortic arch to achieve better clinical outcomes

Objectives
  1. Discuss the operative strategies, patient selection, and key considerations for various arch procedures.
  2. Share techniques and experiences of the Frozen Elephant Trunk procedure using E-Vita Open Neo through proctored hands-on practice for participating surgeons, with the aim of improving surgical outcomes in arch surgeries across the APAC region.
  3. Share tips and tricks for implanting AMDS through hands-on sessions. Discuss clinical data, lessons learned, best practices, and potential reintervention strategies.
