This workshop provides a valuable opportunity to explore how these innovative strategies are revolutionising treatment approaches and improving patient outcomes in cardiac surgery.
Objectives – Discuss and provide supervised hands-on experience with endoscopic mitral valve repair techniques, MIS LAA occlusion, the use of the RAM device, and cardiac ablation procedures.
– Develop participants’ technical skills for minimally invasive cardiac interventions.
– Enable participants to apply acquired skills in surgical practice.
Flow/Structure – Two stations (10 pax per station): A) Mitral (5 units) and B) Ablation (5 units)
– 1h 15 mins session at each station followed by an exchange of stations
